Processing Time: Our ready to ship wigs are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days from the date of purchase while our Pe-orders are within 7-10 business days for pre-order and customs orders. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Rates and Fees: Shipping rates and fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet specified criteria.

4. Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping Worldwide. If your country or region is not listed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

5. Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier availability. While we strive to deliver orders within estimated timeframes, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays may affect delivery times.

10. Ready-to-Ship Orders: For ready-to-ship orders, we strive to process and ship your items as quickly as possible. Typically, ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

11. Items for Preorder: For items available for preorder, please refer to the estimated shipping date provided on the product page. Preorder items have a specific release or restock date, and orders containing preorder items will be shipped as soon as the items become available. Please note that the estimated shipping date is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as manufacturing delays or supply chain disruptions. We will notify you via email if there are any changes to the estimated shipping date for preorder items.

If your order contains a combination of ready-to-ship items and preorder items, we will hold the entire order until all items are available for shipment unless otherwise requested. If you would like to receive your ready-to-ship items sooner, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


12. Shipping address: Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

13. Lost or stolen packages: We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as "Delivered" when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days. After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered" by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact our Customer Support service to investigate.
